Contingent Worker User Account Status is Inactive

Summary

Currently when a contingent worker is hired the User Account status is defaulted to Inactive. We would like this to be Active by default.

Currently when a contingent worker is hired the User Account status is defaulted to Inactive. We would like this to be Active by default.

Has anyone had any experience configuring this?
