In OTBI report when I schedule the report through agent to me or others all records not coming?

Summary:

HI Team,

We have head count details report with nearly 41000 records and we are used only one subject area(worker assignement real time ) with 25 cloumns so issue is when i directly export from my end through csv format its coming all records(41000+) but when i schedule the report to me or others with csv fromat, we are getting only 25000 records.

what is the issue ? and how can we resolve the issue ?

presently we are sent the above through manually .
