How to split the schedule of a partially received PO where ASN created for full quantity

After 23B upgrade we are unable to split the schedule of a partially received PO where ASN created for full Quantity. Getting " Ordered quantity of 1039 must be same or more than the sum of received quantity 1039 and the in-transit quantity (1) for 1040 quantity." past 4 Years we are using po Split for partially received PO where ASN created for full Quantity. Oracle has confirmed that "This error message has been intentionally/purposefully introduced from 23B as a new functionality to impose a validation check during PO submission with split schedule whether there is outstanding shipped
