How to trace Birth Date in Talent Community Application Flow

Hi community,

A client of ours has the need to trace the date of birth of candidates that signs up to Talent community. The problem is that in Talent community application flow it is not possible to add neither Sensitive Info Block nor Extra Info Block that could be useful to add custom fields.

Do you have any idea of how our client can trace this information?
