Is it at all possible to create Requisition Phases and States?

Summary:

Our business have enquired as to whether or not we can customise the phases and states available for the job requisition itself?

For example, we utilise an offshore sourcing provider. The job requisition may still be Open and posted, however we would like to mark on the requisition that the role is out for offshore sourcing.

How might we achieve this?
