Summary:
Need help understanding the following scenario:
- Colleague is assigned a piece of learning on 3rd July from an initiative (initiative based on HR work structure analyses) - assignment is at 'Not Started' status
- Colleague moves to a new position on 14th July - this position still falls in the analyses in step one
- The colleague has an update on their learning assignment on the 15th July (assuming this is based on the position change) - Question, should their record update if the colleague has not dropped out of the initiative? And what exactly is this update if nothing is changing?
