Tables to find workflow attachments

Hi All,

how to find the workflow attachments. I used the below query but not getting any result.

 SELECT wat.* 

FROM Fusion.Hrc_Txn_Header txnh,

fa_fusion_soainfra.wftask wf,

fa_fusion_soainfra.wfattachment wat

  WHERE txnh.transaction_id = wf.identificationkey(+)

   AND txnh.MODULE_IDENTIFIER = 'Terminations'

AND wf.taskid = wat.taskid

AND txnh.subject_id = '12345' 

Could anyone help on this?
