How does the OOTB HCM-Taleo integration automatically create the Requisition Templates

I seem to be missing a step with the OOTB integration between HCM Fusion and Taleo. We have imported all of the data, the developer can see the data but I cannot. I have followed the user guide setup, but I am not sure what additional steps to follow to add the Fusion data to my requisitions or requisition templates. The user guide says that Requisition Templates will automatically be created but they are not in the Recruiting -> Libraries -> Templates

 

Can someone please assist me - I am new to Taleo
