What filtering should be used to show Active for a specified assignment category AND show terms...

Summary:

Using Subject Area WFM - Worker Assignment Real Time, I have a report that is required to show details of Active Limbo employees AND show terminations within the past 60 days regardless of Assignment Category, i.e. FT/PT/Limbo.

I've tried several different ways and can't get the desired result. I can get either/or but not both in one report. This is the most recent filtering:
