Print a OTL field on the Payslip

Summary:

For some Payroll Time Type (Elements) in OTL if selected, the employee needs to select the value from a description field (it is basically type of work performed).

When this time entry is transferred to Payroll, we need this description to be printed on the Payslip.

Any idea how we can achieve this.
