We have been observing the errors in the termination related transactions for the employees for whom there is an existing future dated change as compared to the termination date.

e.g.

If the termination date proposed is 01-July-2023 for the employee and if there is any data change record for the same employee effective on a date after 01-July-2023 say on 20-July-2023, then the given transaction ends in error. That ends in error even if the approval rule is set to Auto-Approve.
