How to update the assignment name along with the job title change

Summary:

I need to change some job titles.

Ex : Existing job name : Director, Advanced Manufacturing

New job name : Director (Advanced Manufacturing)

I used spread sheet template called " Job" and I once I changed the job titles it's automatically changed the job title in the employee assignment level as well ( person management> Employment> Job). I noticed that assignment name is not changing with this and I need to know is there a way to update the assignment name as well with the same template.
