We need to remove few name style fields for netherlands.

Summary:

Content (required): We have a requirement were we wish to only use the below mentioned fields for storing name related data for employee.

1.Title

2.First Name

3.Last Name

4.Middle Name

5.Preferred Name

6.Formal Legal Name

But currently we have few seeded fields which we cannot remove for Netherlands. Is there any way to achieve this. For your reference I've attached the screenshot of the available fields.
