Candidates with @gmail.com email address not receiving job offers/code verification

Summary:

When extending to candidates with @gmail address, they are not receiving the job offer letter. We have tested this scenario and it only sends after clicking on resend offer multiple times. We counted four times. Once it finally reaches candidate, we have MFA two factor notification where a code is automatically sends to candidate to verify identity. This code is not being sent to the candidates.

We have tested this scenario for internal and any other email and it works fine.
