People Search issue with 'Reports' filter on Redwood page

Summary:

We have enabled redwood seniority dates we see an issue where a manger has HR access. the moment Manger lands to seniority dates pages entire list of people shows up instead of his direct reports. existing filter condition doesn't support to look for their direct reports too. is there a way where we can limit this behavior. also as we see in responsive pages manager filter local, alternative can we enable this filter with the help of VBS? current behavior doesn't seems to be good end user experience. is there a way to make it more seemless
