We are looking for a deep link that can redirect HR to Add Document page with pre-selected Document Type for a particular Employee, so that HR doesn’t need to search for employee and select the appropriate document type from the dropdown list.

Below URL navigates me to the people search page, even though I have already specified PersonNumber and I am pretty it’s a valid number. Pretty sure the code of document record is valid too, as it’s delivered by Oracle. Any idea what's wrong with it and what's the appropriate URL to achieve my goal?
