After entering into sandbox. sandbox bar is not visible when we enter into any quick actions page from the home page in oracle hcm instance.

After entering into sandbox. sandbox bar is not visible when we enter into any quick actions page from the home page in oracle hcm instance.

After entering into resignation page from quick actions, We are unable to make any changes as the sandbox bar is empty and no options are available.

Unable to understand the issue. Can someone please help me with this.
