Hi One of our HR is facing this issue while doing some transaction through alert notification

here you can see when he clicked on that transaction from notification bell new window opened but the display texts are not visible we have cleared cache tried diiferent browser as well does any one know what to do is it oracle issue???like new update can we change display size ? if anyone knows the solution please help me.
