Custom Section for Candidate Details Page

Summary:

Is it possible to create a custom section on the Candidate Details page? I know we can hide/unhide sections via Page Composer. However, what if I want to add a custom section using an unused Person Profile section such as Special Projects. In this case, I would create Profile DFFs for Special Projects ... then show them in a section on the Candidate Details page. Is that possible?
