Duplicate Internal candidate records
Summary:
Our company has changed the domain address. Employee email has changed to the new domain but the person management screen has the old domain. Our SSO for different application still works with Old domain, so we cannot just update the email address in person management screen.
When internal employee applies for a job they are using the new domain and system is treating them as a new candidate hence duplicate records are created. Does anyone has this problem and how are you handling it.
