Corporate Accounting is looking to retire inactive intercompany advice distributions that belong to already disabled account combinations. Are there any additional processes or steps outside of unchecking “Enabled” for the specified lookup code on each Lookup Type? We have never disabled an advice distribution before and would appreciate any help available. Attached is the TXT_EMAIL_DISTRIBUTION: Lookup Codes list. This shows the "Enabled" button we are wondering if we uncheck that if the advice distribution will be disabled completely or if there are further steps that need to be taken.
