Learning Initiative Selecting Users from Wrong Population

Summary:

Hi,

We have created a Learning Initiative using Analysis Report Criteria which selects learners from Business Unit A but we have found that the initiative has assigned to a few people from Business Unit B.

The learners in Business Unit B have either never been in Business Unit A or have transferred from Business Unit A to Business Unit B prior to the initiative being created.

We have ticked 'Withdraw assignments of incomplete learners no longer a part of the learning initiative target audience' but these users have never met the criteria to need withdrawing, it should just never have assigned to them in the first place.
