How to format Interview schedule notification

Summary:

Hello All,

We received below requirements :

1) The interviewers names and surnames are all separated by commas, making it difficult understanding who is one and who is the other. 

Is it possible to change the formatting their names/surnames are clearer? 

2) Is it Also possible to add interviewers job title ?

3) Re-format the field “Schedule Interview” so it is clear that this is an action button
