Assign a course 14 days after the Fusion profile is created

Hi there, we have a bunch of mandatory courses for new joiners. We want the enrollment in some of these courses to be done not on the day the Fusion profile is created, but rather 14 days after. Is that even possibl?

We use OTBI reports for enrollments in initiatives.
