Create Interview option and Simplified Process

Hi Team,

I knew that this option does not exist in the current system, but is there any option/work around for this.

At present, in order to create an interview for a candidate we need to click on the candidate file against a Requisition. Under Interviews tab, we need to use Create Interview option to create the interviews.

I have 2 questions here:

1. Can the Create interview option be available in the page view of all the candidates against a Requisition?

2. Can the interview process be made simpler in such a way that without checking the availability of the Interviewer, is it possible to send the interview evaluation form? In current system, we can able to add the participant for sending the evaluation form, only after creating an interview with the specified participant.
