Case Management Clarifications:-
Summary of what I have configured till now is:-
- Employee to create HR Helpdesk Request first
- HR HD Agent will escalate this Request to a Case via Adding an Action.
- Case Manager will then Manage the Case via Adding tasks or Action Plan
But what I am struggling is
- If task is assigned to someone, then how that person will perform the task?
- Can the task assignment be automatically done?
- How Case manager will be notified that Case had been created for a HR Helpdesk request?
- How HR Helpdesk agent will be notified about the progress or change in status of related Case?
