Our agenda includes:

- The Oracle Taleo (OTAC) Idea Process - There are currently over 4,200 ideas logged for OTAC.  My informal analysis shows there are many duplicates, items the product can already do and things that would be really nice to have - yet would slip down the list if we were to prioritize.  Essentially, three votes each on 30 similar ideas will never hit the radar.  Ninety votes on an idea across multiple organizations begins the conversation.  Take for example the idea out there right now to allow update of job template screening services via TCC - long standing with 406
