Why is the "payment file register created" greyed out in Payment file?

Thank you in advance for your help and support.

I have a query regarding a payment file in Payables module. After creating the payment process and obtaining the necessary approvals, I noticed that the "Payment File Register Created" option is greyed out for some reason in manage payment files. Kindly find below a screenshot for your reference.


I would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide on this matter.
