We have had an approval rule configured in BPM since R9 using Change Marital Status and Change Address task rule.  We upgraded in July to 18A and updated to 18B in August.  Those that did the approving have just notice with last few weeks that have not gotten any approval notifications.  I have opened an SR that seems to be leading me down the path of using Change Personal Information.

Is anyone else having the issue of using Change Marital Status and Change Address rule?  How do we go back to where we were for the past number of years and get approval notifications when employees change either Marital Status or Address using ESS?
