Feasibility to pick value selected at Requisition DFF and populating that value to EFF at conversion

Summary: EFFs cannot be enabled at Requisition Level, hence Requisition Level DFFs are created to capture information. Valueset is associated

Content (required): At Conversion to Pending Worker Stage, Extensible Flex Field need to house this information. Value set is same as the one used for Requisition DFF. Requirement is to pick the selected value at requisition stage and populate the same on this EFF so that recruiters don't have to input the value again
