Workflow Approval Rule Changes - Last Modified Date

Summary:

Need to get the information of date and time for Approval rule created or modified in the Transaction Console

We need to know the approval rules changed date as when it was last modified, We have multiple rules configured in the approval rules according the rule the new rules are created and also updating the existing rule in this case we need to know from the front end when the rule is created or when it was modified, Please suggest workaround to get the info for the rule created or modified date and time
