Notification to Sourcer only

Summary: We are looking to create alert composer notification which should be delivered to Sourcers only(not all collaborators) when a requisition is Canceled or Filled. I do not find a worklist delivery option only to sourcers.

Can you help me providing the worklist delivery option to sourcers or other options/solutions to implement this scenario.
