OTBI - Pull up Job before Effective Date

Making an OTBI report where I need to pull up historical data

I'm working on a retirement report using OTBI, (which I am completely new to). Some of the fields the business wants me to include are fields that got "disconnected" the date that the person actually retired. Fields such as job. When I pull in the job using the Workforce Management Assignment Real Time subject area - it's blank, because they person currently doesn't HAVE a job. I'd like to pull in the job they had before they retired. Is there a different subject area for this? Is there a way to throw in some
