Need a query which show all pending transaction

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

I need a query in which we can show all pending, stuck transactions along with the person's name and approvers' information. Like, the document process runs for abc person and assigns to 4 approvers.

So, the client wants to see all details in one report person's name, initiator, assigned to, creation date, etc.

If anyone has this query I would appreciate it.
