Can we enable Action reason at offer level

Summary:

Hi All,

We are creating offer letter based on Action now but the requirement from the customer is to create the offer based on Action and Action reason.

And also workflow need to be configured based on Action and Action

Do we have any standard attribute "Áction Reason'' to enable it at "When and why".

Is DFF only the option here?

Please share your thoughts.
