OTBI Report for Department Change

Summary:

Hi Team

 I want to create the department report ,where employee's department changed from any department to a specific set of department. Report to pull both the previous and current department details based on the date parameter. I referred to all the reports but no luck.

 Can you please provide me if there is any catalog to refer.
