Default response to Rest API for moving candidate from one phase/state

Summary:

Is there a default response for the API request when a candidate is moved from one phase/state to another phase/state? When I try the below request, the candidate gets moved to the next phase/state but I get a Status: 204 No Content as response and not a Status :200 OK, with a default response.
