When a person's duplicate check is done via Actions and the merge process is completed, we wanted to understand

  1. Merge flag indicator, whether merge is completed - Yes or No indicator
  2. What details are getting merged like what is the employee or candidate status when the merge was done (to identify the candidate or employee status before and after a merge and to identify other relevant details from the data point of view to have a good understanding from a user perspective)
