Approval Notification - Can the subject line be updated

Summary:

Currently the Request Learning transaction has a FYI notification.

We would like to have the ability to customise the wording for the "Information Submitted" email subject lines.

SR 3-33727162631 was raised, and they referred us to raise in this forum.
