Workflow error wherever AOR is called

Summary:

Hello,

All of the workflows are failing if there is an approval step using area of responsibility. The error log shows:

Issue Title:BPEL_FAULT

Issue Type:BPEL_FAULT

Issue Date:08/15/2023

Issue Description:System fault encountered in Human Workflow.

Resolution:Contact Oracle Support with the diagnostic log message and request them to log a Collab-SR with Human Workflow team.

Comment:

I can see the person responsible for the step in the employee's representatives.

Any idea what could be wrong?
