In 23C New Mass Actions Privilege - We would Like to Customize the New Privilege

Summary:

When testing the New Privilege for Mass Actions in 23C for Learning called: WLF_PERFORM_MASS_ACTIONS_ON_LEARNING_ASSIGNMENTS_PRIV;

We found that prior to getting the new privilege added to our security the entire MASS Action button was removed. Once we added the Privilege for Mass Actions we realized that we need a way to Limit Users that Only need the Mass Action -Mark Activities Complete. We want to LIMIT the number of users with the New Mass Actions - Withdraw Learners; Delete Assignments and Update Learning dates.

These new functions are Very powerful, and the Filters have to be accurate, or else we may have issues with lost learning records. We want to limit the use of these new functions to only a Few Learning Admins. We opened an SR and its looking like we do not have the ability to separate these functions and we will be forced to give all the Learning Administrators the New Functions along with the Mark Activities Complete.
