Restrict the country user to view/see Candidates information of other country

Summary:

Country user should only be able to view/see candidate information(candidate search, candidate pool) of the same country.

Content (required):

As of now, Country user is able to view/see candidates information of other country in the candidate search page.

so we want to restrict this by setting it to view only to access their own country candidate information.

So, how can we achieve this.
