Hide delete button in benefits page is also hiding Organization Chart print button

Summary:

Hi Team,

We are trying to hide delete button in Me -> Benefits -> Makes Changes -> People to Cover -> dependent record using EL expression (expression is based on role)

But observed that it is also hiding "Print" on Organization Chart and "Approve" button on Team-> Timecard page.

Would like to understand the reason behind this. Also how to restrict the change related Me -> Benefits -> Makes Changes -> People to Cover -> dependent record page only without impacting other pages.
