Contracts on Individual Purchase order to be accessible on the basis of Suppliers

Summary:

We have a requirement wherein we need to have separate T&C with each supplier. And an ability to call it on the Purchase Order.

However, we are looking for alternatives to implement Procurement Contract. We just want to capture the T&C and have it on PO when required. In case of no T&C , revert to standard T&C.

Kindly suggest if there is a way to achieve the same?
