Ethnicity is not visible in Responsible's page. How i made visible? Have any process?

The ethnicity doesn`t visible in the person details.

But in the classic`s page 'person' is visible.

When i delete 2 times for the same person in classic then it is showed in responsible.

I found that was made a HDL for change the ethnicity for every one, and that put another line (was made 2 times the HDL in 2 different dates). After was deleted the line that is not priority. In this cases was visible, but in the cases that was deleted in classic "person" was not visible, just if you delete again, even if was in blank.
