Issues with Nudges

Summary:

Hello Experts,

We have a requirement to configure employee anniversary nudges to be sent 3 days prior to anniversary and notification email is sent as expected. Attached is the notification recieved and when they click on the Celebrate event link then it takes to a error page. Attached are the snapshots. I don't see to be understanding what is the issue. Have any of come across similar issue and if so, please let me know how did you fix it.
