How can we see Consolidation method changes in Audit or elsewhere in FCC?
Summary:
We are facing an issue when changing consolidation methods and percentages in our FCCS application.
We want to track down any change made in the ownership settings, mainly the user who did the changes and the changes that were made.
Content (required):
We have noticed that once we submit the changes, nothing appears in the audit log as if nothing had happened.
We need a means by which we can track the changes made either through the Audit log or any other means. This is for Controls purposes.
We opened a SR but were advised to take this to Customer Connect.
