Need a unique completion certificate for each Course

Summary:

We have many courses which need a unique completion certificate to be printed. For example, if the course is a continuing education course, the certificate must be printable and have unique identifying information. I've not yet found a way to accomplish this. I'm hoping you have found a way and can share. Also, ideally it would be printable by the learner from the completions page of the UI. Right now we have to build the certificate into the course and remind people to print when they finish the training.
