Unable to make Grade field as mandatory when creating a position. (Request a new position)

Summary:

I tried making the Grade field as required using HCM Design studio as well as using Page Composer. But unable to achieve the same. I have raised an Oracle SR as well for the same. The response is that it has been made non-mandatory.

Tried the below and its no longer part of HCM design studio.

Tried using Auto Complete rules and still not able to achieve this.

Any suggestions?
