Percentage Increase/Decrease in the same Version

Summary:

Client requirement is to see the Percentage Increase/Decrease for the same Scenario-Version-Account intersection.

Content (required):

We have created a business rule using RTP for version dimension - Baseline and Target.

When we are launching the rule keeping "Working" as Baseline version and "Draft1" as Target version then Price accounts are showing correct percentage increase and decrease. But, if using Same Baseline and Target version - "Draft 1" then we are getting highly inflated values.
